The most basic and also the most enjoyable of all essentials of subsistence, food is one of man’s best friends. As we all know, food is the easiest way to a child’s heart, and also the most fulfilling of all experiences – metaphorically and physically.

But apart from the enjoyability quotient, food is necessary for survival – majorly because of the various nutrients and nourishment it provides. But what are these nutrients? How are they provided, and how are they segregated within a food? And most importantly, how does one maintain a balanced diet that consists of all nutrients?

With this multipurpose Do-It-Yourself project, not only will we answer all these questions for your curious child, we will address the growing problem of obesity and unbalanced diets, whilst also teaching children a crucial element of their academic syllabus.

With the help of the game, your child will learn the importance of a balanced diet and how to make a balanced diet chart, along with the knowledge about the role of every single nutrient, and the diseases their deficiencies can cause!
